Process overview
We understand the importance of working within fixed legislated delivery deadlines. To achieve this we start by getting your organisation trained on how the VAD-IMS application works. We work collaboratively with you to configure and customise the application.
We thoroughly examine the legislation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of its requirements and determine customisations / configuration required. At that same time we train you on the VAD-IMS application.
Define the project structure, roles, and responsibilities to guide decision-making and ensure accountability. Establish project communication including risk management, issue resolution, and progress tracking to maintain alignment with project goals and legislated delivery timelines.
We collaboratively review the workflow and determine configurations and customisations required to align to your legislative and organisational requirements.
We typically plan to for two releases. The first release is to enable onboarding and training of practitioners early followed by a commencement release for full-scale implementation.
We use the Build → Test → Showcase cycle in fortnightly sprints, which ensures high quality, visibility, and alignment with business goals throughout the development process.
We tailor our training and delivery approach using deep knowledge of government departments and domain-specific requirements.
We develop the solution, followed by rigorous testing and validation to confirm its effectiveness and compliance with requirements.
We provide a 24 month warranty. In additional we provide comprehensive support options to enable ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
